What is your role as a Digital Content & Campaign Manager?
Implement an online strategy and manage digital campaigns while ensuring consistent online message delivery and alignment with non-digital touch points.
The strategy and campaigns should be optimally tailored to the needs of patients, healthcare providers and budget holders.
Create the online brand and customer experience, and will work closely with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders.
Your typical day includes the following tasks:
Deliver the right content that enables the delivery of a tailored mix by individual customer
Optimizing content related traffic channels (i.e. SEO, SEA, Social Media, etc.)
Brief and oversee the content delivery related work of external agencies and vendor, such as copywriters, designers and content developers who will deliver much of the campaign activity
Edit and proofread digital campaign materials; align it with the Brand Team and obtain internal sign offs when relevant
You will work on improving our customer engagement by creating the digital touch points
What makes you a suitable colleague?
To make you a valuable manager you match the following requirements:
Bachelor degree or University degree in Marketing, Commercial Economics, E-Commerce or Communication
Minimum 5 years work experience in pharmaceutical industry (Rx market) or related industry
Experience in a (commercial) function in a matrix organization with a lot of customer contact (internal and / or external)
Profound knowledge of health care system
Broad general insight into the digital marketing environment, and understanding of the role of digital within healthcare and pharma
Excellent understanding of project management, experience in innovative projects
Proven knowledge of commercial processes
Knowledge of standards, procedures, policies and codes of conduct of Pharmaceutical Market
